About Annie’s Gluten Free Bakery...
After years spent as a newspaper publisher, graphic designer, and marketing professional I decided to pursue my passion — gluten-free baking! Inspired by an article I read in “Edible Boston” magazine, I quit my job, went to culinary school at Boston University and started a new business.
I have always loved cooking and entertaining friends and family, In 2009 I started baking in my home and selling at farmer’s markets. That evolved into the wholesale business I run now. I have a wonderful, dedicated gluten-free commerical kitchen in an old mill building in Shirley, MA. Our products are sold in a variety of stores and restaurants in the area.
